If you would like your wig installed by Sherene, you can book an Install + Wig Package under the Book Services tab.

These packages allow you to select your wig and have it professionally customized and installed in one appointment, using wigs from this collection.

Processing Time

HD Lace Wigs are pre-order units.

Please allow 1–10 business days for processing before shipping or pickup.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before it is shipped or made available for pickup.

Shipping

After processing is complete, shipping within the United States typically takes 2–4 business days.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Business days are Tuesday through Saturday and do not include Sundays, Mondays, or holidays.

Local Pickup (Boston Area)

Orders will be available for pickup after the processing period is complete.

Pickup instructions will be sent via email and text once your order is ready.

Please wait for your Ready for Pickup notification before arriving.

For in-stock inventory, including ready-to-wear wigs or available hair products, same-day or next-day pickup may be available depending on availability.
