How do I book a custom wig?
Custom wigs are created through a Custom Wig Consultation.
During the consultation we will discuss your desired style, length, lace type, color, and head measurements to design a unit specifically for you.
To begin the process, please book a Custom Wig Consultation under the Book Services tab.
How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time depends on the item purchased.
• Ready To Wear Units: Up to 1–2 business days for order preparation. Many ready-to-wear units may be available for same-day pickup depending on availability and the time the order is placed.
• Extensions, Lace Closures, Frontals, and Lace Wigs: Please allow 1–10 business days for processing.
• Full Lace Wigs: Please allow 12–18 business days for processing.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipping.
Shipping within the United States typically takes 2–4 business days once your order has shipped.
Business days are Tuesday through Saturday and do not include Sundays, Mondays, or holidays.
Are your wigs beginner friendly?
Many of our wigs are designed to be beginner friendly and easy to wear.
Our Ready To Wear Units come customized and styled so they can be installed quickly. Some units may be worn glueless, while others may require adhesive depending on the style.
If you prefer professional installation, you can book an Install + Wig Package under the Book Services tab.
Will the lace look natural on my skin?
Our wigs use HD lace designed to melt seamlessly into the scalp when properly installed.
The lace is thin, flexible, and created to give the appearance of a natural hairline and realistic scalp.
For the most seamless result, we recommend professional installation or proper customization by a stylist.
Are your wigs the same as beauty supply wigs?
No. Our wigs are created using high-quality raw hair and HD lace, designed for longevity and a natural appearance.
Unlike typical beauty supply wigs, our units are made with premium hair that can be colored, styled, and reused with proper care.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, our raw hair can be reused and worn for an extended period of time.
Longevity depends on how the hair is maintained, styled, and stored. Treat the hair the same way you would care for your natural hair for the best results.

Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Local pickup is available in the Boston area.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email and text notification with pickup instructions.
Please wait for your Ready for Pickup confirmation before arriving.
