Processing & Shipping

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. Due to order volume, processing can be delayed. Ready to wear units ship within 1-2 business days from your order date. Please allow up to 14 days or less for extension & lace orders to ship. Business days does not include weekends or holidays. During Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 5 business days to process.  

Local Pick Ups

Ready To Wear Wigs are ready to pick ups 1-2 days from order date. Hair extensions & lace are available up 7 days after order is placed. Please wait for Ready to Pick Up email before picking up order. Exact pick up time will be arranged after processing is complete. 

Returns 

Due to the nature of our products, orders are final sale. If a customer is unsatisfied with their order, adjustments can be made to fit the client's needs. We appreciate your patronage, as it is our top priority to make sure that each individual customer is completely satisfied with their order.
