Due to the nature of product(s) , personal care goods (such as beauty products), we have a non refundable return policy. We are unable to take back any hair, wigs, bundles, lace, custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items) once order is placed. Please make sure to read description in its entirety, including size before purchasing as refunds can not be issued due to failure to read detailed information provided.

Damages and issues
