Refunds

Due to the nature of product(s) , personal care goods (such as beauty products), we have a non refundable return policy. We are unable to take back any hair, wigs, bundles, lace, custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items) once order is placed. Please make sure to read description in its entirety, including size before purchasing as refunds can not be issued due to failure to read detailed information provided.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on item(s) at lesser value than original purchase. Exchanges may be applicable in certain situations up to discretions of Sufficient Collections By Sherene. 

ORDER VERIFICATION & CHARGEBACK POLICY

By placing an order with Sufficient Collections by Sherene, the customer confirms that they are the authorized cardholder or have authorization to use the payment method provided.

The customer agrees that order records, email communications, text messages, call records, pickup confirmations, signatures, security footage, tracking information, delivery confirmations, and other fulfillment records may be used to verify the transaction and resolve payment disputes.

Orders flagged for fraud prevention review may require additional verification before fulfillment.

Local pickup orders may require identity verification, pickup confirmation, and signature acknowledgment before merchandise is released.
